By accessing or using Ease ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Ease is a wellness and self-help application designed to help users manage health anxiety. The Service provides AI-powered conversational support, breathing and grounding exercises, guided programs, and self-tracking tools.
Ease is NOT a medical device, healthcare service, therapy, or substitute for professional medical or mental health care. The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Ease offers a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; interfere with the operation of the Service; share your account with third parties; use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI-generated content is provided for informational and self-help purposes only. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for making health decisions.
THE SERVICE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or received through the Service. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor, go to the emergency department, or call 911 immediately.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ease and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Ease does not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ease and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
